Nik Hare has a wealth of experience from his previous role as Head Chef at The Victoria Inn on the Holkham Estate, which he held for many years.
Nik is keen to keep locally sourced products a main staple in his dishes, from using local butchers and fish suppliers, to foraging in local woodlands for mushrooms and wild garlic, bringing a true taste of Norfolk to his dishes in our country pub.
