Ryan Galvin has over 15 years experience in the cooking industry. His passion for food was ignited by his parents who ran a Thai food business and with family living in Thailand, Ryan visits regularly making sure to sample the cuisine. Ryan has worked at many popular Norfolk restaurants including; The Hoste Arms and Titchwell Manor, and was named runner up 'Chef of the Year' in the 2015 EDP awards.
