Our menus change a little every day, and almost entirely every week, to accommodate the kitchen team's inspiration and desire to try out new flavours and delight their customers.
We also strive to find and use the best ingredients possible with an emphasis on the locally sourced.
It is amazing to be able to to say that we have two fantastic suppliers of meat in the village of Briston, H V Graves is a renowned butcher with a counter in Bakers & Larners with their own shop and herd in the village. Duncan Jeary has his renowned pedigree herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle, often in the field opposite the pub! Nothing could be more local or greater quality.
All our suppliers are carefully chosen to ensure fresh quality ingredients for every day of the week.
